Defective watch February 19, 2024

I bought a watch from this store not long ago, and unfortunately, it came defective. I contacted customer service for help, but I was pretty disappointed with how it went. At first, they didn't really take me seriously, just telling me to send it for repairs when all I wanted was a replacement for the broken one. After going back and forth with them, I ended up sending the watch back like they said in our last email chat. Then out of nowhere, they gave me back only some of my money with no real explanation, which left me feeling ignored and shortchanged. It's clear they don't want to take responsibility and don't care much about making customers happy. Even though their stuff looks good, the fact that they don't help out properly when problems come up is a big downside. So, be careful if you're hoping for good customer service after you buy something from them.
