ServiceThat was the worst experience ever trying to order printer ink cartridges. The website was so confusing, the customer service did not help at all, and the prices were way too high. And on top of that, the delivery got delayed by a whole week! Completely unacceptable, eh?

ServiceThis company is a total disaster to deal with. Their customer service is just awful - they're so rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I had a problem with my order and when I called to get it fixed, all I got was attitude and excuses. It's like they don't even care about their customers. On top of that, the prices are sky-high for the low-quality stuff they sell. I can't believe I wasted my money here. And let's not even talk about the delivery - it took ages to show up and when it finally did, half of my order was missing. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
