Figuring it out, finally
Figuring it out, finally
Communication
“mix,” “apply,” “avoid trunk,” but not the small practical stuff you actually need. Is the spray safe for pets? Can it touch other pots nearby? How concentrated is “mix well”? There were gaps everywhere. I tried the website for extra guidance and came up short. So for a while I hovered between following the card and winging it, which isn’t ideal when you don’t want to say goodbye to a $40 tree.
Still, I kept at it. I went conservative with the sprays, watered slightly less, and kept an eye on the trunk to avoid splashing it directly. I tested a tiny patch of a leaf first, like you’d test new skincare, and waited. Day by day the leaves looked a little healthier, fewer spots, and then—this is the bit that actually made me breathe out—the tree pushed a small bud. Just one, and then another. That’s when I knew the kit had value. Not because it solved everything or was user-proof, but because after cautious use I saw real improvement. That moment shifted my tone from skeptical to quietly pleased.
So yes, the product works if you’re careful and willing to experiment a bit. My advice to the company: include clear, step-by-step dosages, safety notes for pets and kids, and tracking details when you ship. And for buyers new to citrus—start small, test first, and don’t assume the card covers every “what if.” Overall: reasonable price, disappointing communication and instructions, but ultimately I got the result I wanted once I figured out how to use it more safely.
Small bush, big disappointment

Overall, I’m glad the plant survived shipping, but the order was poorly handled. I saw the 2–3 ft pink variegated lemon tree on their site after a friend recommended them, so I ordered. What arrived was a 14-inch bushy plant, not a tree. Pictures I sent made that clear, yet customer service insisted it was correct and offered only $25 off a $74.95 purchase. I’m relieved it looks healthy and I’ll try to nurse it, but I expected better accuracy and response.
