I bought travel insurance not too long ago, but I had a really bad experience. They didn't send me the policy like they said they would in the confirmation email. When I called customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all. And when I tried to use the policy number they gave me, the insurance company didn't even recognize it. So, I got frustrated and decided to cancel it, but now I've been waiting over 5 business days for the refund to show up on my credit card. It's really annoying and I'm out of money for a service that I never even got.
