Got tricked into buying a full year subscription
Got tricked into buying a full year subscription
ComplaintsI was trying to be sneaky and signed up for a one month free trial, but boy did they trick me! When I went to use my free trial, they ended up charging me for a whole year without even checking with me first. Like, seriously, who does that? And to make matters worse, there's no phone number to reach out to for help, only an email. I felt totally scammed and let down, definitely never making that mistake again!
