ServiceI recently bought some meditation downloads from this company and had a really bad time with their customer service. I paid for the meditations but when I tried to get them, the system charged me again and I couldn't download anything. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were no help at all and just asked me irrelevant questions. Even though I tried to explain the issue, they didn't do anything to fix it. Their lack of understanding and willingness to help customers made me feel let down and frustrated. This is the second time I've had such a bad experience with this company's customer service, and it's been consistently disappointing.
