ComplaintsI bought some meditations from this company not long ago and I had a bunch of problems with trying to get them. I tried to contact their support team but it took them two whole weeks to get back to me. The instructions they gave me didn't fix anything, and I still couldn't get the meditations to work right. On top of that, the recordings kept cutting out after just 5 minutes, so I couldn't even finish a session. When I asked for my money back because of all these issues, they gave me a hard time and said I couldn't get a refund because I had already been on the site and missed the cutoff. This whole thing really disappointed me and I'm not happy with their service at all.
