ComplaintsI was happy to receive my ribbon order so quickly, but I found it a bit disappointing that almost half of the rolls were all wrinkled. It made me have to spend more time ironing them before I could use them for my products. I hope this can be fixed in the future so that everyone gets their items in good shape.

ComplaintsI ordered some ribbons, and they came on time. The only problem was that a few of them were crushed, so I had to wait for some replacements. The customer service, however, was really nice.
