I wasn't too sure about it at first, but I gave it a shot with a small order and it was so easy and fast, I ended up placing another order. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got back to me and kept me updated every step of the way. I only had to ask for 1-2 changes before giving the final approval. The paintings were top-notch and the service was efficient. It took about 2 weeks for them to arrive at my door. The artists were really talented, and the customer service was awesome. I'll definitely be sending more pictures to be painted soon.

The step by step process was fantastic. I really appreciated being part of each stage and having the option to make small changes if needed. But honestly, I didn't even need to make any changes because I was so impressed with your painting skills. I didn't have the artist sign the painting, but I would love for you to pass on my gratitude to them personally if possible. I understand that maybe the delay was due to the high number of paintings you all have to work on. If I had one small criticism, it would be that I wish it had been delivered a bit sooner. Even though you got it to me before the original date, there was a bit of a lag after the painting dried and before I got tracking information. It almost sounds silly to mention this, especially since I am extremely happy and satisfied with your work! Thank you so much, and looking forward to the next painting...
