Oh my gosh, I got these really awesome science experiments as a gift and they were so much fun! But then there was this whole mix-up with my mom's credit card and they started charging her again even though she cancelled. Can you believe it?!?

I got this awesome science experiment kit and it's so great! The customer service is top-notch, they always help with replacement parts super fast. My kids are having a blast doing these experiments, especially my son who is totally hooked on the interactive app. My daughter isn't as big a fan of the app but she loves following the instructions, which are super easy to understand. It's been perfect for homeschooling and keeps the kids busy and learning. Plus, there are different levels of experiments so it never gets boring. I definitely recommend it!

The science kits are super easy to put together and the stuff inside is a great mix of fun and educational. My kids are totally into them! Any hiccups we've had were fixed right away by customer service. And I love that they offer a free trial box so you can test it out before committing to a subscription.

I was totally pumped to get my science kit, but when I went to grab it, I had to shell out some more cash! I felt kind of played, wasn't fair man. I was getting super ticked off 'cause nobody was getting back to me from the company. But then George reached out and sorted things out for me. He said I didn't have to pay those extra fees anymore.
