Mabel's Labels - Reviews and experiences

I ordered some labels recently, but I've been having a bit of trouble with the process. I placed my order last Thursday, thinking it would arrive by Friday like it said on the website. But it hasn't even been shipped yet, which is really frustrating. Plus, the way you have to check orders by entering a number instead of just logging in seems pretty old-fashioned and inconvenient. However, I do like that the company supports campaigns and cares about being socially responsible. I've heard good things about the products, so I'm hopeful they can fix these issues and improve the customer experience.
