I picked up some neat labels for all my school stuff. There were so many options to choose from! But then there was a mix-up with my order, and it didn't arrive in time for school. So, I reached out to their customer service. They were really friendly and helpful, and they made sure I got my labels in time for my first day of school. So, I ordered some labels for my kids' stuff from this label company. The labels are great quality and the service is top-notch, but I did run into a couple of issues with the pictures and descriptions on the website. The labels looked bigger in the pictures than what I got, which was a little confusing. Also, when I chose a color, the icon showed three colors, but I only got one. Despite these mix-ups, I have to give props to the company for their amazing customer service. When I told them about the problems, they reached out to me right away and went out of their way to fix things, which makes me want to buy from them again.
