OverallThe iPEC program (CPC and ELI-MP) was truly life-changing for me. It really pushed me to dig deep into my own emotions and past experiences, helping me become a stronger and more self-assured coach. The lessons I took away from it not only helped me improve my coaching abilities but also made me a better person overall. Right now, I'm working towards getting my COR.E certification and I'm excited to keep expanding my knowledge and skills. Even though iPEC isn't flawless, the benefits I've received from it are priceless. I wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone wanting to refine their coaching abilities.
