ComplaintsMy time in the coaching program was a letdown. The training wasn't great, it cost a lot, and the mentors were unprofessional. I had to pay a lot of money, which I later realized was way more than other programs with similar certification. The training itself was lacking, which made me feel unprepared for the certification test. Relying on peers to teach us wasn't enough, and I felt like I didn't have the support I needed to succeed. The mentor calls were supposed to help us get ready for the test, but they often felt scary and overwhelming, just like my classmates felt. Overall, I suggest looking into other coaching programs that offer more thorough training, ongoing help, and a better learning environment.
