International Open Academy - Reviews and experiences

This whole online course situation has been really eye-opening and fun. I've enjoyed learning new stuff and connecting with other people who are learning too. Big shoutout to the team for sorting out that issue with my completed courses showing up as "studying." Thanks to them, I'm already working on my 16th course. It's true what they say - knowledge is power. I'm really thankful for this chance to keep learning and improving.

I just got myself a TEFL certificate from the International Open Academy to help with my visa application. Unfortunately, I made a mistake which caused some issues. But I have to say, the folks who give out the certificates were amazing. I was in touch with them pretty much every day for a couple of weeks and they were super helpful. Judith from the client department was really on the ball and so professional. Without her help, I would have had a tough time staying in the country. All in all, I'm really happy with the service and I'll definitely go back to them in the future.

I had an amazing time shopping at IOA. The website was super easy to use, making it a piece of cake to find what I wanted. I really appreciated the feedback I got during the whole process, it kept me in the loop. Davide, the staff member I talked to, was awesome and I'm looking forward to working with them more. It was a really professional experience that went above and beyond for me.

I had some troubles trying to redeem an IT bundle I bought from a different website. So, I contacted International Open Academy for help and they quickly fixed the problem. I was really happy with their customer service, especially Bruno who was super helpful. Even though I haven't started the courses yet, I know I'll have a good experience because of how well they helped me out.
