ServiceI first stumbled on these dies through a friend who swore they were good, so I ordered in Feb. The parts did arrive but the quality was underwhelming and then the nightmare with returns began — they asked me to ship back to a Seattle address even though the company is based in China. I did that and heard nothing. Months of chasing them later, they told me the refund “failed” and mentioned some UseePay thing I’d never heard of. After hassling my bank and finally getting the company to reprocess, I did get my money back, but it took ages and a lot of stress. Delivery and support need serious work.
