Platform ran fine for a few days, then bam, locked out and a message saying subscription needed renewal. I went from “okay” to mildly panicked (kids+homework = chaos). No phone support, just the email form, which felt like sending a letter in a bottle. I’ll admit I started imagining the worst. The turning point was when support finally replied the next day, sorted the account and tossed in an extra week for the trouble. Little victory, felt pretty satisfied after that.
