I wanted the game to unwind after long shifts, but my account's been frozen for over two months over a purchase hold. I sent support every screenshot and ID they asked for (sent and resent), and it's basically crickets — automated replies, no real fix. The app is billed as 'free' yet you can't progress without paying; combined with zero follow-through from support, it's pretty frustrating and disappointing.
