Locked out, waiting too long

CommunicationI wanted the game to unwind after long shifts, but my account's been frozen for over two months over a purchase hold. I sent support every screenshot and ID they asked for (sent and resent), and it's basically crickets — automated replies, no real fix. The app is billed as 'free' yet you can't progress without paying; combined with zero follow-through from support, it's pretty frustrating and disappointing.

ServiceThat first night I found myself refreshing the game's page like it was a concert ticket drop — thanks to a streamer who mentioned it, actually. I hesitated for weeks, worried the ads might be overstating things and that I'd be paying for fluff. I caved and bought in, and honestly most of those worries melted away after a few hours of playing; it's fun and runs well. Not perfect though — you can tell some accounts are clones and evenings can be quiet, and support can be slow. Still, if you go in knowing it's imperfect, it really is worth a try.

Pricewait for deals, don't go crazy.

Overallimperfect, sometimes frustrating, but not entirely broken — gave it another few weeks and had fun despite the cracks.
Good mechanics, frustrating cost

Priceit freed up time and I still enjoy short sessions. So mixed feelings — the core gameplay is decent and pleasant, but the monetization is annoying and makes full progression costly. Worth a try, just don't expect to finish everything without spending.
