TrustIt's pretty surprising that some browsers don't display the secure padlock symbol on the URL when you're making a payment on this site. As a customer, it's super important to me to know that my payment info is being kept safe. But, after doing some investigating and clicking here and there, I discovered that the connection actually is secure. It can be quite annoying that this important info isn't more obvious, which just ends up stressing customers out for no reason. Definitely a problem that should be fixed for a better and clearer user experience.
