ComplaintsI ordered an 18th birthday card on May 17th, but it didn't arrive until May 28th, super late. I emailed to complain and they blamed Royal Mail, only gave me a refund for the postage, didn't accept responsibility. I never received an order confirmation, reached out to them, and they said it would be sent on Wednesday, still missing the Saturday birthday. I'm really let down.
