Quick, solid enough

Speed

Honestly, it turned out well — good enough for what I needed, though not flawless. I found the unit on Amazon, phoned the maker and they answered; they matched the online price and arranged a site visit in North Highlands, CA to see it in person. I bought it, delivery arrived in four days and the driver kept me updated. When it arrived the unit looked solid and unpacked fine. There was a small scheduling mix-up in one email, but nothing major. Looking forward to installing it in the hangar.

My wife's verdict saved it

Service

the combo actually works well enough that my wife declared it “fine” and that’s when I relaxed. There’s a slow leak at the hot water brass insert in the PVC at the back though, annoying. Getting help was a circus — chat bot handed me an email, emails sent twice, no reply. I’ve had better support elsewhere. Not perfect. But it does the job, looks decent, and for now we’re keeping it, as-is — reluctantly but content.

Spotted it online, glad in the end

Trust

I actually spotted this storage shelter on their website while looking for options and told my brother because he needs extra space. The site showed it in stock with a 15% discount, so I bought it. Two days later they said it wouldn’t be available for months and offered a wait or a refund. I asked to switch to a similar in‑stock model but they said they'd have to cancel and I'd lose the 15% — only 10% if I reordered. Annoying, but the refund hit my account in five days, they handled it cleanly, so I'm glad it worked out.

Half-built headache

Quality

Halfway through putting the floor frame together I stopped and just stared — nothing lined up the way the diagrams said. Parts are marked in three ways — painted stamps, punched marks, or stickers, so figuring out what goes where felt like guessing. After fitting corner panels, the pre-made holes didn't match any frame holes. Tried swapping corners and pieces, same story. Feels flimsy and poorly organized; I haven't touched the roof and honestly won't bother finishing. If you're thinking of this, check every piece first and ask for clearer labels.

Solid shelter, messy follow-up

Service

enough headroom, decent light through the walls, and it keeps the wind out. That said, buying and getting it set up was a bit of a slog. We hired a crew to put it up and then found some bits were missing, so we ended up paying for labor twice. Customer service was slow to acknowledge the issue; emails and calls lagged, and when someone finally responded they kept asking for info we’d already sent — ugh. It took weeks to get the right replacement part and then more weeks for delivery. So, not flawless, not by a long shot, but once it’s up it does the job and we actually enjoy using it. If you can handle a bumpy ordering experience and a slow parts follow-up, it’s a practical, usable tent. Just be ready for some patience.

Half-built, honest impression

Quality

I remember standing inside the half-finished frame, thinking “this should’ve been simpler.” We’d cleared a leveled wood base ahead of time, so the site wasn’t the problem — it was the kit. The panels feel solid enough once they’re finally in place, the metal has decent heft and the roof, when you get it right, does keep water out. But getting there is messy and slow. The instructions had us jumping back and forth so many times we literally re-did steps; holes that should match don’t, so you end up drilling a lot on the fly. We had three skilled guys working and it still ate two 10-hour days. If you’re on your own, forget it.
