ServiceThe whole thing went super smoothly, from beginning to end. Adding stuff to my cart and checking out was a breeze. But when my order came, I noticed one of the books was missing. Even though that was a bit of a hiccup, submitting a ticket for the missing book was actually really easy and painless. Someone from the Customer Experience team got back to me quickly, said sorry for the mistake, and sent the missing book right away. Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch customer service.

ServiceEh, so I put in a big ol' order and most of it came real fast, eh. But then that last box just disappeared on me! I gave a ring to those nice folks and they sent me some more stuff plus a bonus book, can you believe it? All the goodies showed up before Christmas and man, those books look amazing.
