Audiobooks - Reviews and experiences

I signed up for the first month's free trial but got charged anyways, even though it was supposed to be free. I sent an email to customer service but didn't hear back for over 5 days, not even an automated response. It was really frustrating! Thankfully, I decided to give them a call and got an immediate response. The person on the phone was really friendly and helpful. They were able to fix part of the issue and directed me to someone who could help with the rest. The lady I spoke to was very professional and pleasant. Now, I'm updating my review because of the excellent customer service.

I had some trouble signing up for the free trial, but the person I chatted with in the app was super helpful and fixed the issue when they got back to me. The layout is a bit different from what I'm used to, but hopefully it grows on me.

I called customer service the other day and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the help I got. The person I talked to was really patient, professional, and totally got where I was coming from with my tech problems. They walked me through everything and kept a positive vibe the whole time. Hoping they get some recognition for their great work!
