Quick SIBO test
My experience with the company was good for getting my results, but it was a bit slow. The staff's information was kind of unclear, especially since I don't know much about Nutrition and Microbiome stuff. The SIBO test went well and was fast, but my results were a bit too general. The Genova stool results were OK, but they could have been clearer, especially for Inflammation and Occult Blood. I'll talk to EMMA about this problem.
Lost package, excellent customer support
Kellie was awesome in helping me find my lost package that I hadn't got yet. She gave me a clear solution that made me feel better. At first, I was concerned, but now I feel good and happy with my decision to buy my daily vitamins from this company.
