I had such a bad time with this company. My first order came with the wrong meals, and when I tried calling customer service for help, they were no help at all. They didn't even try to fix the problem and just went ahead and processed my second order without letting me cancel. Now I'm stuck with 10 meals that I really don't like. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

I've always been really happy with the customer service from the team. They're always there for me when I have questions or concerns. Good customer service is super important to me, and this team has never let me down in the three years I've been a customer. They're quick to respond and always willing to help with any problems, which has made my experience really great. I feel like as long as they keep it up, they'll have my business forever.

When I found a piece of plastic in my first meal, I tried contacting them through both phone and email, but I received no response at all. I even asked about their money-back guarantee, yet still no luck. And to top it off, the food was terrible. It was either dull or just plain revolting. My kid wouldn't even touch it, and they usually love eggs and sausage. I forced myself to eat the meals, worried the whole time about finding more unexpected things in them. It was absolutely awful.

So, basically, I placed my order a while back, right? And it's taking forever to get here, and no one is updating me on what's going on. And when it finally shows up, the food is all nasty and gross. Then the company owes me some cash, but they're not giving it up. They even sent me that chicken meal that got recalled, but only refunded me for a few. I've been a customer for a whole dang year and they keep messing up. It's so annoying!
