2. So yeah, my advent calendar showed up all beat up and damaged to start with. But then I got in touch with customer service, and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked with how fast they got back to me and how willing they were to send me a new one, even on a big holiday like Thanksgiving. They kept me in the loop the whole way through, so I didn't have to bug them for updates. And when the replacement arrived, it was even better than I expected! The customer service was seriously top-notch. I've already told my family about Flaviar because of how awesome they were.

Our holiday season excitement quickly turned to a bummer when we opened the whiskey advent calendar on the 24th day and found out the sample was broken. I was annoyed and reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement. To my surprise, I got a quick response from Mickalia who gave me some options to fix the problem. Their customer service was amazing and made me believe in Flaviar again. Even though we had a hiccup, we're already looking forward to next year's advent calendar. I highly recommend Flaviar for their awesome products and great customer service.

I thought it would be a nice surprise for my husband to get a whiskey subscription gift from Flaviar, and they actually had the first shipment show up right on time. The rep gave me all the info I needed, and I really appreciated their prompt help. The advent calendar was awesome, with good value and a sweet bonus of two glasses this year. My wife and I loved sharing it and plan to make it a yearly tradition for sure.
