ServiceI phoned to cancel my subscription but they kept trying to get me to just pause it. The person on the line even warned me about extra charges and abruptly ended the call when I said no. It was really rude and not a nice time. Plus, they ask for lots of reviews on TrustPilot but don't seem as concerned about making sure customers are happy.

ServiceI signed up for this service and wanted to stop my next order, but there was this sneaky two-step process that wasn't made clear. This meant my next order was sent without me agreeing to it, and when I wanted to send it back, they said no refund. Their customer service is super tough to get a hold of, which just makes it more annoying trying to fix the problem.
