Zstack Life - Reviews and experiences

I just bought something online to get shipped overseas, but man, this company is so bad at keeping in touch. I placed the order on September 2nd and for some reason it didn't even leave the USA, only to get sent back by the US Postal Service on September 20th. I've tried emailing and using their website multiple times, but it seems like nobody cares about my concerns. I finally called them on October 4th out of frustration and they said they'd send the item again and give me new tracking info by October 7th. But here we are on October 10th, and I still have no update. Their product might be good, but their customer service is terrible.

I used to be a loyal customer of this company and trusted them for my supplement needs. However, my recent purchase of kids gummy supplements was a total disaster. I got an email saying there were delays with my order, but the promised delivery date passed with no sign of my order. I tried contacting them twice for updates, but they didn't get back to me at all. Their lack of communication and follow-through has really disappointed me and now I don't trust them anymore.

So, eh, I bought something from Zstack Life, and at first, I was a bit worried about how long it would take to arrive and how the company would keep me in the loop. But, after waiting for just over a month, I finally got my order, even though no one called me back when I tried to check on it. And let me tell ya, I was getting real annoyed by all those emails bugging me to buy more stuff. Anyway, I'm gonna start taking those supplements tomorrow like I intended. I've had COVID-19 before, so I'm hoping they'll help boost my immune system, eh.
