CommunicationI had a really bad experience with their customer service. They were super fast to reply before I bought something, but after I made my order, they totally ghosted me. They never picked up the phone or replied to my emails. It's so annoying to feel like you're being ignored after dropping your cash. Customer service is key to any business, and they totally dropped the ball on this one.
