I picked this service because I needed something quick. I was home with a toddler and feeling off. The website says a physician decision in two hours. It doesn’t say that in some provinces you must actually chat with the prescriber first. That mattered. By the time I could connect my local pharmacy was closed and my symptoms were getting worse. I cancelled the visit and went to urgent care instead. Urgent care was faster and cheaper. They gave me antibiotics and something for the nausea and even did a test to find the exact bacteria, so I know the antibiotic will work. The platform itself was easy to use though. Forms were clear. That was a small, unexpected plus. Communication was the problem. No clear note about state/province requirements. And now I’m still waiting on a refund, which is annoying since the charge already cleared. I’ve used other telehealth sites that actually called back. I won’t use this one again unless they fix how they explain the process and speed up refunds.
