I bought this body lotion with lavender scent from the company, but man oh man, I had some trouble during the process of ordering. I placed my order and then the website decided to crash on me, so I never got that order confirmation email I was waiting for. Still, the money got taken from my account the next day. To add to that, the package couldn't get delivered because no one was there to sign for it, and there wasn't even an option to get it sent to a pickup spot. After digging through my spam, I found a tracking number and tried to track my package a bunch of times but every time I got hit with a 19 kr fee. And guess what? Every single time I tried, an error message would just pop up, leaving me feeling frustrated and baffled. In the end, the whole thing just made me feel let down and kind of suspicious, like it might have been a scam or something.

I really enjoy using their CBD products. Even though I have to deal with those annoying custom fees to have them shipped here to Canada, it's totally worth it. The quality of their products is amazing and they really help me unwind and relax. I would definitely recommend them - a solid 10/10!

Shipping these days is brutal, it used to be so fast but now it's ridiculously slow. And don't even get me started on customer service, they couldn't care less.
