CancellationI messed up my order and tried to cancel it, so I called customer service but they said they couldn't cancel it. The person I talked to was super rude. I don't know her name, but I called on Monday, November 29th, 2021. The prices for their products are pretty high, and it would be nice to have customer service reps who actually care about helping customers.
