tasted fine (not fancy, just clean), mixed without weird chunks and actually helped me stop panting like a sore dog. So, product-wise? Thumbs up — well, not literally, but you get it. Now the annoying part: the website account stuff. I kept poking around to cancel or at least remove my card (I’m that person), and the account pages are weird — you see past orders, you log out to find a hidden subscription link, and even then it lists nothing active. No obvious cancel button, no edit payment option. I mean, I tried the contact form and emailed but, yeah, back-and-forth. So my initial hesitation about subscription control was totally justified and, sadly, not resolved. Enjoying the drink, nervous about the billing. Small victory: product works; ongoing headache: managing the subscription. Would buy again maybe, but I’ll watch my statements like a hawk.
