CommunicationI found the buying process easy and clear, but I was pretty let down by the company's lack of communication and follow-up. The ramp is actually really good quality and it's done its job well. But when it comes to customer service with R Titan RAMPS, there's a lot to be desired. I had to keep checking on my order and got vague answers from the customer service team. It felt like they didn't care about keeping me updated or making sure I was happy. Still, the product itself is strong and long-lasting, so I can't really complain about that.
