ServiceAs someone who enjoys working on my own car, I've tried a bunch of online auto parts stores. Let me tell you, my experience with this company was brutal. Right from when I made my order, there were delays left and right and no communication at all. The "customer service" was a disaster - took ages to even reach someone, and when I finally did, they couldn't help me much. And the prices? Don't even get me started - way too high compared to other sites I've shopped at before. And the delivery? Forget about it - took way longer than it was supposed to. I won't be coming back to this site, that's for sure.
