Autoparts Way - Reviews and experiences

Autopartsway accidentally sent me the wrong part, but when I called customer service, they fixed it right away. They shipped out the correct part on the same day and I still received it on time. Plus, this is the only store where I can find parts for my super old truck.

I recently bought a radiator from Autoparts Way and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how quickly it arrived. I placed my order and bam, just three business days later on February 10th, it showed up at my door. But when I opened the box, I saw that the radiator had been banged up during shipping. I snapped some pics and fired off an email to the customer service folks on February 11th. To my surprise, they wasted no time sending me a brand new radiator, which arrived the very next day on February 12th. I gotta hand it to them, the customer service and warehouse teams over at Autoparts Way really know how to hustle. I'm definitely gonna be coming back for more, thanks for the great service!

I bought a couple of lug nuts for my 2004 car, thinking I'd get 20 like the website said. Turns out, I only got 2. When I contacted customer service, they said the part was out of stock, even though the site still shows it as available. Super annoying and disappointing, especially with the confusion around whether the product was actually available. They didn't really fix the problem, so now I'm waiting on a refund, which is just more hassle. Overall, really bad customer service experience.
