STORMWEB - Reviews and experiences

I was pretty pumped to sign up for this company's shared web hosting at first, but sadly, my experience was a letdown. The uptime was all over the place, with lots of downtime messing up my website's performance. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were slow to respond and their solutions didn't really fix anything. The price was fair, but the service quality just didn't cut it. They did get my hosting package to me quickly, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable web hosting.

I recently bought shared web hosting from this company and man, was I ever let down. My website kept crashing and experiencing downtime like crazy. Plus, their customer service was so unhelpful and took forever to get back to me. And don't even get me started on the price - way too high compared to other hosting companies out there. Sure, they delivered the service on time, but the quality was seriously lacking. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest this company if you're looking for web hosting services.
