simple, predictable, got the job done and I could crank out episodes without fuss. Lately though, changes rolled out that clipped a lot of the features I used, and when I tried to get clarity I got radio silence. I opened tickets, posted a clear list of concerns, even gave them a reasonable deadline to respond — nothing. No meaningful reply, no timeline, just silence or boilerplate messages. What bugs me most isn’t the feature cuts alone, it’s the lack of decent customer service and the feeling they don’t care about creators who depend on this. I’m still a bit excited about returning if they fix things, but right now I’m cautious and frustrated. I wanted a conversation and some transparency — that’s all.
