Sat waiting since early February for a tiny payout—still nothing. Support ghosted me, sent a couple messages recently with no reply. Site works okay otherwise, but delivery and CS are disappointing; I’ve had faster payouts at other places, thinking of closing my account.

It's mostly worth it. I've used it since Dec '25. There are lots of surveys, you can do them every day, but expect to get screened out sometimes. They do hand out a few points when that happens, which is nice. PayPal payouts are fine, just a short delay. I'm glad.
