I decided to reach out for help and luckily, I got assistance from Luis. He figured out the problem with the domain right away and fixed it quickly. Thanks to him, my email is back to working perfectly. I can't thank him enough for coming to the rescue like that. The customer service I got was amazing and way above what I was expecting.
