Excellent customer service, poor resume outcome, recruiter add on disappointment
Excellent customer service, poor resume outcome, recruiter add on disappointment
QualityI gotta say, the customer service at this company was top-notch. The person I chatted with was super nice, professional, and always there to help with my questions and worries. But man, when it came to the resume writing service, things took a turn. I applied to so many jobs, like almost a hundred, and not a single call back came my way. It was a real letdown and got me doubting the quality of the resume they made for me. And don't even get me started on the Recruiter.com add on I bought. It was supposed to hook me up with job opportunities in my field, but all I got were sketchy offers from random recruiters trying to hire insurance agents. Honestly, it left me feeling pretty unsatisfied with how things turned out.

ServiceThe service was alright, but nothing too special. They were able to shorten my resume to just two pages, which was fine, but not amazing. I was happy with the result, but wouldn't call it life-changing.

CommunicationI had a pretty crappy experience with the resume writing services I got. I got several resumes that just weren't up to par, so I decided to reach out and let them know I wasn't happy. But no matter how many times I tried to explain my concerns, the customer service team just brushed me off.
