I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. They kept giving excuses for not getting my resume draft to me on time. I had to send many emails and complaints before they even assigned a writer to me, and then that assignment disappeared when I raised concerns. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and seemed to be avoiding the real problems. I've decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company and won't be using this company again. I suggest you don't waste your money and time here, look for resume services somewhere else.

I'm really upset with the company I hired to update my resume and LinkedIn profile. They said they'd have it done by March 24, but it wasn't finished until March 31! And when they finally did complete it, there were still mistakes. I had to constantly remind them to make corrections, and then they closed my file without checking with me first. They also refused to give me a refund, despite all the errors they made. It's so frustrating!
