Communicationthe surveys are solid and the product tests are actually interesting, but watch your rewards — they can disappear without a heads-up. I do most of the surveys on my lunch break or in the evening after errands, and the questions feel worthwhile. The testing side even gave me something I still use, which was a nice surprise. Problem is I lost roughly £33 because points expired and I never got any reminder or chance to recover them. So good for quick feedback, not great if you plan to hoard rewards.
