I used to really like using this platform, but lately I've been having some trouble getting my rewards. In the last two games, I was supposed to get 8000sb, but the site just stopped keeping track of my progress. I sent them proof that I finished the games, but they said it wasn't good enough and then didn't answer when I tried to get in touch with them again. It took them 14 days (now 25 days) to reply to one of my messages and give me my points. But I'm still waiting to hear back about the other one.

I've been a loyal customer of this loyalty program for a long time and I've noticed their customer service has gone downhill. At first, they were great and really helpful, but lately I've been having trouble completing tasks on time and getting the help I need. For instance, when I tried to submit a receipt to fill a square on the app, the option disappeared and I couldn't access my help tickets account. I've tried contacting them through email and Facebook, but haven't heard anything back or had my issue resolved. It's really disappointing to see them treat long-time customers like me with such disrespect.
