QualityI was pretty upset about how long it took to get my personalized star registration. When I saw a preview of how the message would look on the document, there was a mistake so I reached out to customer service. They said they fixed it and sent me a new preview, but when the final document arrived, it still had the same error. But, gotta give them credit for quickly responding to my email and sending me a whole new pack which I got in just 3 days.

QualityI was so excited about the star I bought! The way it was displayed looked really awesome, and the materials used were fantastic. The quality was really top-notch, but I think that the map of the night sky could have been bigger and focused more on my star. Plus, those crosshairs were getting in the way of seeing the star clearly, so they should probably get rid of those. And wouldn't it be neat if the star was a different color, like red?
