Follow-upI was pretty disappointed with the company because they never got back to me even though I tried reaching out a bunch of times. They never replied about my star info, even after they said it might be in my spam folder. I double-checked, but still nada. Their customer service has been pretty lousy too, they said they'd follow up but that never happened.
