I had trouble bookmarking a page that was super simple, and we exchanged maybe 5 or 6 emails trying to figure it out. The team was amazing, they were so quick and clear with their instructions. At first, I didn't think it was worth asking for help, but now I wish I had done it sooner. I'm seriously impressed.

Ever since I started using this email and document organization service, my productivity at work has gotten so much better. I have a bunch of businesses to manage, so having everything all in one spot has been a huge help. There have been a few little glitches with the software before, but the Shift Team always jumps in right away to fix them. Their customer service is top-notch and super helpful, which makes dealing with any issues a breeze. I really like using Shift and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to make their work life easier.

The support team at this store is amazing! I had a problem that needed fixing and Jessica L really helped me out. She didn't just brush me off like a lot of customer service reps do nowadays. Jordan also did a fantastic job finishing up my ticket and making sure I was happy. Overall, the customer support here is top-notch!

I had a bit of a problem with having two accounts, but Shift came through and fixed it right away. I just sent them an email explaining the issue, and they took care of it right off the bat. It's really nice to see such quick and friendly customer service nowadays.

I just wanted to share my experience with getting help to fix a problem with an app. I was really impressed by the awesome customer service from Shift. Usually, when I've had issues with apps before, I didn't get much help or any response at all. But Shift really went the extra mile to help me out. They walked me through how to go back to an older version of the app, told me about a new version for testing, and eventually updated the program to make sure everything was working smoothly. I really appreciated how they kept me in the loop and communicated clearly the whole time. Shift definitely went above and beyond with their quick and helpful customer service.
