ServiceHonestly, I was skeptical — read red flags and nearly walked away. Tried it anyway; commissions were messy at first but customer rep sorted things out, so my doubts mostly melted (phew).
Frozen payouts, polite but useless

Servicedon’t expect smooth payouts here. I’ve worked with a few ad networks before (Awin, Link Ninja and others) and this was the worst treatment I’ve seen. They closed my account without warning and effectively froze my money — even though banks in Ukraine were fine to transfer. I get that companies made hard calls after the conflict started, but lumping Ukraine in with Russia/Belarus and not giving any heads-up felt careless and unfair. Support eventually answered and were apologetic, they explained their stance, but that didn’t move my funds. So yeah, service was courteous on the surface but not helpful in practice. If you value clear communication and access to your cash, look elsewhere. If you just need a big-name network and can accept the risk, maybe it’s fine. Personally I’ll pick partners who don’t shut accounts with zero notice.
Good start, then radio silence

Follow-upHQ, site, traffic numbers, revenue, affiliate setup, platforms used. I actually appreciated the thoroughness and was hopeful. I sent everything over. Then crickets. Follow-up emails got nothing. Felt pretty disrespectful, not even a quick reply. Maybe busy, sure, but the silence was disappointing and it left me hanging. Won't risk referring them based on that. If they value leads they'd at least acknowledge people. Small thing, big difference. I was prepared to give them a try, honestly.

ReliabilityWas halfway through my morning coffee when my account disappeared. I use it to monetize a small blog and check stats daily. No reason given — just a boilerplate reply and their support was slow, saying they can end you anytime. That’s frustrating. Payments were fine though, so I’m relieved I didn’t lose earnings. Won’t recommend.

ComplaintsHad my doubts before I signed up — the site looked stuck in the past and the terms seemed vague. Six months in they cancelled my account without clear reason, which didn't help. Oddly, I could export most of my data easily, that was useful.

Communicationpages of legalese and a line or two that basically says "we can cut you off." I shrugged and went ahead anyway. Setup was easy. The dashboard was fine. First payout landed, so I relaxed a bit. Used it for a few weeks, nothing flashy, just some small earnings. Then one day my access was gone. No heads up, no clear reason, just a notice mentioning their termination clause — no details about what I supposedly did. I tried to ask for specifics. Mostly silence, or a form reply that didn't answer anything. It felt like being uninvited to a party without being told why. I get that businesses need rules. I really do. But the lack of explanation made me feel small and, honestly, annoyed — and a bit foolish for trusting that a payout meant stability. So my initial doubts didn't disappear; they were proven right. If you hate surprises or need transparency, be careful. If you're okay with risk and silence, maybe it won't bother you.
