ServiceI signed up after a lot of hemming and hawing — mostly afraid of auto-renew and the whole 'unsubscribe' dance. Turns out my worries were legit. I cancelled, thought it was done, and months later noticed charges still coming out. Tried calling, nobody picks up; asked for a refund, they gave me the runaround and vague reasons. Feels a bit like being ghosted by a company. I'm still waiting for a manager to call. Wish they'd make cancellation transparent — save people the digging. If you're on the fence, be cautious and check your statements. Also, keep screenshots, trust me.
