Games won me over

Quality

Wasn't sure at first — I've always favoured their resource books — but these new games are actually nicely made and dead easy to pick up. One of them is a tad fiddly with pieces, but the rules are quick and familiar so the youth will catch on fast. Colleagues loved them before, and I get why now.

Little win at the school fair

Service

Saw these at a school fair and told my sister about them — glad I did. My six-year-old, who hates boring books, actually picks these up, and the games kept him busy. Delivery was quick and neat, and customer service answered my silly questions right away, and we're grateful. We'll buy more, honestly.

Delivery saved the day

Timing

my kid tore into the pack before breakfast. Delivery showed up a day early, which was a nice surprise — and customer service actually answered when I emailed about a missing sticker, friendly and quick. The games are playful, not too fancy, and we’ve already seen more words in casual chat. Tip: double‑check your address, just in case.

Not thrilled, tiny win

Communication

I’m not loving the process, but there was one weirdly nice surprise. I needed a new mattress for my cranky lower back after years on a creaky futon, signed up for the trial and then they asked for my credit card — felt sketchy. Emails were nonstop, no phone help, yet returns were actually easy. Kinda mixed.
