Timingmy kid tore into the pack before breakfast. Delivery showed up a day early, which was a nice surprise — and customer service actually answered when I emailed about a missing sticker, friendly and quick. The games are playful, not too fancy, and we’ve already seen more words in casual chat. Tip: double‑check your address, just in case.
Not thrilled, tiny win

CommunicationI’m not loving the process, but there was one weirdly nice surprise. I needed a new mattress for my cranky lower back after years on a creaky futon, signed up for the trial and then they asked for my credit card — felt sketchy. Emails were nonstop, no phone help, yet returns were actually easy. Kinda mixed.
